Ghaith is the Founder and Principal behind our broader operation, leading strategy across acquisitions, renovations, and the long-term rental portfolio. With over 12 years in real estate and more than $100M in closed transactions, he has built the systems that let us renovate homes well, manage them well, and keep them in service for the families who live there.
His experience spans residential, commercial, and land transactions — and at every step, the question is the same: how do we end up with more well-maintained, attainable housing on the block? That focus shapes how we evaluate every home, every renovation budget, and every long-term hold.
Backed by a deep network of lenders, investors, and operators, he is able to underwrite virtually any property type — which means sellers get certainty regardless of condition or situation, and the homes get the investment they need to last.
